STR on Twitter

With the constant online trends that dominated South Africa and the world in the past few years,came the rise and arrival-at-the-top of the quirky,social networking and microblogging service,Twitter.

Created in March 2006 by Jack Dorsey,Twitter rapidly gained worldwide popularity with it being said to be at over 300 Million users worldwide by 2011.

We,at STR,we introduced to Twitter in 2009 by one of our directors,the forward-thinking,ahead-of-the-trend,Lester Hein.Twitter has kept us connected to our fans,and has elevated our artists to a more “relevant” position,with full on newapaper articles being written directly from their tweets.

Now our followers stand at over 11 000 collectively.Become a part of the movement.
