Mathew Moolman

A Cape Town native, Mathew is now well-known for his smooth and soulful voice after he took part in the M-net show Idols and successfully cracked the top 12. This energetic performer then moved on to present on SABC 2’s Hectic Nine Nine television show for 18 months, gaining a nationwide following.

Mathew, who comes from a musical family, has a love for music of days gone by – elements of the old school interlace his sound, including jazzy and soulful references. His musical abilities run deep, and he is able to play 5 instruments, including the Harmonica.
