Lee’s not just a businessman, he’s a business, man…
We under estimate the impact that music has in our lives. Music plays a huge role in our thoughts, conversation, behavior and ultimately decisions. Your decisions or choices define who you are and what you will become. That is why I decided to get involved in the music business and create this movement called Stereotype Records. To use music as a medium for change, to revive the arts and help people make better choices in life.
My love for music is more deeply rooted than pure lyric and melody. Whilst I’m not religious, my biblical studies have allowed me to explore the importance of music to God. To quote from the Bible , scriptures like Lamentations 3:63 “Behold their sitting down, and their rising up; I am their MUSIC”
Isaiah 23:16 “Take an harp, go about the city, thou harlot that hast been forgotten; make sweet MELODY, sing many songs, that thou mayest be remembered.”
Eph 5:19 “Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making MELODY in your heart to the Lord”.

Suddenly you begin to understand that there is more to music that purely meets the ear. Something special happens when we combine words with melody. We can control conversation and behavior for the positive or negative. Hitler used music to brain wash his soldiers to believe in his system of survival. We use music on a daily basis for tranquility, solace in the mind, peace in our souls. Religion uses music to open up a direct moment with God. Government, advertising agencies and the pure romantic all use music to control behavior be it good or bad.
So I use music to escape time, companionship, inspire creativity, formulating new ideas and ultimately making better choices in life. This is what Stereotype Records stands for.
An ambi-vert who has a love for music and knowledge. Lee has a love for people who make a difference in other people’s lives. He is a Public Speaker, A Business Man, A Soul Man, A Mind Man. He is here for the greater good of mankind, to make a difference. These differences include People, Technology and Business.
In a nutshell he believes in balance, first things first. Work hard, Play hard. Live Love Laugh Learn Leave a Legacy.
He was inspired by leaders and mentors such as Jesus Christ, Martin Luther King and T.D Jakes. Enthralled by philosophers such as Nietzsche, Socrates, Plato and Aristotle. Understood the body/mind connection through individuals like Wayne Dyer and Deepak Chopra. Learnt about leadership through Steven Covey, John Maxwell and Jim Rohn. Anthony Robbins taught him to always have passion in whatever he does, Brian Tracy inspired him with the art of selling and no matter what you doing, you’re always selling. Donald Trump gave him a marketing mind. Nelson Mandela reminded him that everything happens in cycles, you might be anointed but you must be appointed before things start to work for you. Leo Buscaglia and Zig Ziglar convinced him that you cannot do it alone, for love and relationships are the only wholesome feelings. Chuck Missler proved that things can get a whole lot more complicated than they seem to be and Robert Kiyosaki’s cash flow quadrant saved him the second time round.
Then to those a lot closer to home, his parents, family and friends whom helped formed his character, life philosophy and purpose.
